I just placed an order. When will it ship
Most of our pieces are made to order.
Production time is listed on each product page and is typically 2 to 4 weeks.
Shipping after dispatch typically takes 5 to 15 business days.
Estimated delivery times include production and shipping and usually fall within 2 to 5 business weeks, depending on the item and destination.
Tracking is provided when your order ships. Please allow up to 3 business days for the carrier to show movement after label creation.

I ordered the wrong size. What should I do
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
If your order has not entered production, we can usually update the size.
If production has begun or the item has shipped, resizing rules apply in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.

Can I cancel my order
Orders may be canceled within 7 days of purchase at no penalty.
If cancellation is requested after 7 days and the item has entered production, a materials or labor fee may apply.

I entered an incorrect shipping address. Can it be changed?
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
We cannot guarantee changes after this window, and refunds will not be issued for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Can I return my order
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition.
Returns are permitted for incorrect sizing, defects, or change of mind.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non refundable.
Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
Natural wear, patina, tooling marks, and oxidation are not considered defects.
Orders already in transit must be delivered and returned before a refund can be processed.

How long does shipping take
Shipping after dispatch typically takes 5 to 15 business days.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays beyond our control.
