Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Because all COLDTEETH pieces are made to order, returns are limited to items that meet the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a return:
•    The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
•    It must include original packaging and tags
•    Proof of purchase is required
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Ring & Bracelet Resizing
Ring size adjustments are free within 30 days
•    Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways
•    Bracelets may be resized but may incur a resizing fee, in addition to shipping costs both ways
We strongly recommend confirming your size before ordering.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us through the Contact Us page.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide:
•    A return shipping label
•    Instructions on how and where to send your item
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Natural wear, patina, tooling marks, or oxidation are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
•    Custom or personalized items
•    Sale items
•    Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original piece (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you may place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined above, including condition, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
•    Refunds are issued to the original payment method
•    Processing typically takes up to 10 business days
•    Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
