All COLDTEETH pieces are made to order and will ship within the production timeframe listed on each product detail page.
Orders are shipped via DHL eCommerce, USPS, or ePacket, depending on destination and the fastest available service.
- Estimated delivery timeframe: 2–5 business weeks (includes production and shipping)
- Orders may arrive sooner than estimated
- All orders include tracking, provided once the item has shipped
Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs processing or carrier delays.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout. COLDTEETH is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
