All COLDTEETH pieces are made to order unless explicitly stated otherwise. Production timelines are listed on each product page and vary by design. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated production time and estimated delivery window.
Delivery timelines include both production and shipping and typically range from 2 to 5 business weeks. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or factors outside our control. Tracking information is provided once an order ships.
Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer do not constitute grounds for chargebacks, refunds, or cancellations once production has begun.

SECTION 15 RETURNS AND CONDITION OF GOODS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn and in original condition, including incorrect sizing, defects, or change of mind, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
